An amendment making it unlawful for any defense contractor to knowingly and willingly permit any convicted employee to perform any service for the contractor (including on the board of directors) in connection with a defense contract. Violators will be subject to a fine of $500,000. The convicted employee is one who is convicted of fraud or other felony rising out of a contract with DOD.
