An amendment authorizing the Secretary of the Navy to obligate $2,300,000 for acquisition of convertible special application sniper weapons from amounts appropriated for weapons procurement for the Navy for FY'86. The authorization is to considered as included under Navy weapons procurement under additional procurement for conventional forces.
