Amendment99th Congress
An amendment adding a new section to Title X creating a limited counterintelligence polygraph program. The amendment requires polygraph tests for appointment to certain positions with periodic random repeat exams. In other positions the test is optional. The tests' questions are to be limited to areas of espionage, sabotage, terrorism and unauthorized disclosures of classified information.
