An amendment to establish a Department of Defense Health Agency to administer the policy and operation of the medical health care systems of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force. It is to be administered jointly by the Surgeons General of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. It also requires that all physicians used by or employed by the U.S. government must have State licenses for medical practice.
