An amendment adding provisions for revision and extension of the procurement technical assistance cooperative agreement program. It sets a limit of $7,500,000 for assistance during Fiscal years 1986 and 1987. The effective date is 10/1/85. Also the value of technical assistance supplied eligible entities is to supply assistance to businesses and up to 50 percent of the cost for so supplying may be borne by the Department, except where the entity is distressed and then from 50 percent to 75 percent of the costs may be defrayed.
