An amendment regarding the establishment of a minimum age for purchase and comsumption of alcoholic beverages on military installations. The age for consumption on bases is to be that of the state it is in or the lowest of several ages when a base is within 40 miles of a state border or Canada or Mexico and these judicatories have ages lower than that of the state the base is in. Provisions are made for exemptions to this with reports required when the exemptions are made.
