An amendment to Title VI, Compensation and other Personnel Benefits, to provide licensure requirement for Defense Health Care professionals. It makes the commanding officer of each health care facility of DOD responsible for seeing that this is met. It makes those in violation of this regulation subject to civil money penalty of not more than $5,000.
