An amendment to Title III, Operations and Maintenance, to prohibit the use of funds to dismantle Poseidon-class submarine until the President submits to Congress a report on feasibility of transferring ownership of such submarine to United Kingdom or the feasibility of converting it into an SSN-type or SSGN-type submarine. The ban continues 60 days after report received by Congress.
