An amendment to increase funding for Air Force research, development, test and evaluation from $13,151,210,000 to $13,301,210,000 designating $774,500,000 of this for work on the small mobile intercontinental ballistic missile system. It also requires the Secretary of Defense to carry out the development program of this missile according to current law. (The intent is to insure development of this program on the prescribed schedule.).
