An amendment urging American officials to pursue opportunities for NATO members to cooperate in research and development on defense equipment and munitions including coproduction of conventional defense equipment by the U.S. and other NATO members. It designates $200,000,000 of the research, development, test, and evaluation authorizations to be used to procure equipment or services from research organization or other foreign entity.
