An amendment prohibiting the use of procurement funds in the bill for procurement of binary chemicals munitions, including advanced procurement of long lead components or for establishment of a production base for such munitions. The amendment reduces funds in the bill accordingly: Army ammunition from $2,357,600,000 to $2,276,700,000; Navy aviation support equipment from $1,139,700,000 to $1,118,200,000; and Air Force munitions and associated support equipment from $1,389,200,000 to $1,367,100,000.
