An amendment to the McDade amendment to delay implementation of the McDade amendment for six months in order to provide more time for the Contadora peace negotiations, and to extend by six months, to 9/30/86, the period during which funds authorized by the McDade amendment would be available. At the end of six months a joint resolution would be necessary to release the funds in the McDade amendment.
