An amendment barring use of any funds by the Federal Communications Commission for disposing of Federal lands and facilities for relocation of the Fort Lauderdale, FL, monitoring station before the FCC chairman and the General Services Administrator shall jointly prepare detailed reports for Congressional committees on the resulting effect, and shall wait not less than 30 days for committee review.
