An amendment adding Section 15 to prohibit the importation of coal, uranium ore, and uranium oxide to the United States. It allows the President to waive this prohibition under conditions specified in the bill (sec. 6). The President shall include the status of attempts to ban imports of coal, uranium ore, and uranium oxide from South Africa and Namibia, in any report submitted to the Congress on negotions with other countries in attempts to get them to adopt sanctions against South Africa.
