An amendment to require that U.S. persons setting up a business enterprise in South Africa adhere to the Sullivan Principles which involve 1) desegregation of the races, 2) equal employment, 3) equitable pay system, 4) minimum wage and salary, 5) increasing blacks and other nonwhites in certain jobs, 6) improving life outside the workplace, and 7) fair labor practices.
