An amendment to establish a task force with respect to broadcasts to Soviet Jewry. The task force is to investigate the needs of the Jewish audience in the Soviet Union and study the practicality and desirability of establishing a special program of Russian language broadcasting to that audience. A report is to be made within six months to Congress by the Board for International Broadcasting.
