Amendment99th Congress
An amendment striking sec. 127 which limits to State Department any funds used on facilities of the Coordinating Committee on Export Controls and stipulates that members and permanent advisors of the Coordinating Committee must be State Department personnel. It also adds new language that limits assignment of members and advisors to the Coordinating Committee to those determined by the Secretary of State in consultation with the Secretaries of Defense and Commerce.
