An amendment adding a new section entitled "Responsibilities of U.S. Representatives to International Organizations". It requires the U.S. Representative to the U.N. or other international organizations to oppose adoption of international marketing and distribution regulations or restrictions which unnecessarily impede export of U.S. goods and services. It also requires permitting public comment on such regulations under consideration in international bodies.
