Amendment99th Congress
An amendment expanding the definition of a foreign mission to include an "agency" in a country and to include the criterion "which engages in some aspect of the conduct of the international affairs" of the territory or political entity. It also would require mandatory notification of real property dealings of foreign missions instead of present discretionary notification.
