An amendment to make the following funding reductions: a) from $39,985,000 to $36,607,000 - Measurement Research and Standards, b)from $23,184,000 to $21,943,000 - Materials Science and Engineering, c) from $34,846,000 to $33,555,000 - Engineering Measurements & Standards, d) from $10,000,000 to $9,393,000 - Computer Science & Technology, e)from $8,745,000 to $8,481,000 - Technical Competence Fund, f) from $9,368,000 to $8,179,000 - Central Technical Support, g) from $5,608.000 to $2,405,000 - transfer to Working Capital Fund, h) from $600,000 to $508,000 - foreign expenses, and to delete funds for a Cold Neutron Storage Facility and for an Evaluated Enigineering Data Base.
