- Purpose
- To provide that not later than February 1, 1989, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations and Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a report setting forth (1) each program, project, or activity for which funds were not requested in the budget submitted to Congress pursuant to section 1105 of title 31, United States Code, for fiscal year 1989 and are made available under this Act for only one educational institution which is identified by the terms of this Act as the institution of organization to perform the program, project, or activity for which such funds are provided, and (2) the name of the institution and the amount of funds made available
