- Purpose
- To provide that all federally funded AIDS public information and education programs shall provide accurate warnings, the content of which shall be promulgated by the Secretary of Health and Human Services, that homosexual and bisexual activities, multiple sex partners, and intravenous drug use, are high risk activities which place individuals at risk of becoming infected with the etiologic agent for AIDS.
