- To include international organizations in the definition of foreign entities for which officers and employees of any branch of the United States Government are prohibited from representing or advising for a proscribed period after such officer or employee leaves Government service and to require employees seeking employment with international organizations to recuse themselves from further formulation of U.S. policies toward such organizations.
