- Purpose
- To provide that if, in any fiscal year amounts allocated to the State of Nevada under subsections (b) and (d) to carry out subsection (a)(68), (a)(105), or (a)(106), are not sufficient to complete any project authorized by such subsections, the State may request the Secretary to reallocate all or any portion of such funds for another of such projects.
