- Purpose
- Providing that none of the funds appropriated in this or any other act be expended by the Departments of Energy or Justice or any of their agencies to enforce a judgment against a corporate shareholder, officer or employee for restitution under section 209 of the Economic Stabilization Act of 1970, as amended, in any case decided by the Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals on May 7, 1987, based upon the role of such individual as a central figure in any statutory or regulatory violation, except for the actual dollar amount personally received by such individual from such violation and any interest assessed on such amount.
