- Purpose
- To express the sense of the Congress that the United States exporters should have access to foreign markets free from the commercial risk from unfair competition practices and violations of intellectual property rights, and that the President should give special attention to cases where such access is not available and should use all appropriate powers of his office to secure fair market access for U.S. exports and to protect the intellectual property of U.S. exporters.
