- Purpose
- To provide that in the event that the United States International Trade Commission submits to the President a report required under Title II, Section 204, subsection (a), which includes an affirmative determination under subsection (b)(1), the Commission may submit to the President, in addition to the report of the Commission, any findings or conclusions relevant to whether a merger or acquisition by members of the domestic industry to make a positive adjustment and for other purposes.
