- Providing that none of the funds appropriated in the Act for emergency provision of drugs determined to prolong the life of individuals with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, shall be obligated or expended after June 30, 1987, if on that date the President has not added human immunodeficiency virus infection to the list of dangerous contagious diseases.
