- To provide that applications for payments with respect to hay and straw or crops of apples damaged by freezing must be filed on or before April 15, 1987, and that applications for payments with respect to program or nonprogram crops produced in the State of Maine must be filed on or before the date that is 7 days after the enactment of the Farm Disaster Assistance Act of 1987.
