- To provide that the Administrator of General Services, within 90 days of enactment, shall require each State agency administering a plan under section 203(j) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1948, to make general information about available surplus personal property which may be used in the provision of food, shelter, or other services to homeless individuals and families.
