- To provide that the amount of all Federal-aid highway funds paid to the State of Georgia on account of the section of State Road 400 connecting Interstates 85 and 285 may be repaid to the Treasurer of the United States and shall be credited to the unobligated balance of Federal-aid highway funds of the sale class last appropriated to the State of Georgia.
