- Purpose
- To amend Section 144 of Title 23, United States Code, to give States the authority to use a portion of their bridge replacement funds to replace ferryboat operations, bridges destroyed prior to 1960, low water crossings, or road bridges rendered obsolete as a result of U.S. Corps of Engineers flood control or channelization projects and not rebuilt with funds from the U.S. Corps of Engineers.
