An amendment to authorize the Small Business Administration to use private credit bureaus and collection agencies to recover deliquent debts on outstanding loans. The amendment also requires the Administrator of SBA to disclose to major credit reporting agencies information on any debt of more than $100 which is delinquent by more than 31 days.
