An amendment requiring the Secretaries of State and Defense, together with the Directors of Central Intelligence and the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency to submit an unclassified report to Congress specifying the activities of each agency in monitoring and verifying provisions of the INF treaty and make recommendations for future organizational changes made necessary by implementation of the Treaty.
