An amendment to broaden exemptions under title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 to include institutions receiving Federal funds "closely indentified with the tenets" of a religious organization and to eliminate special categories of institution-wide coverage and provide only plant-wide coverage for corporations or entities providing federally funded education, health care, housing, social services, or parks and recreation.
