An amendment to require the Environmental Protection Agency, in cooperation with the Agriculture and Interior Departments, to fully inform individuals engaged in agriculture production of the current or proposed requirements regarding the labeling of pesticides to specify where they may be applied in order to protect endangered species, conduct an economic analysis of this labeling requirement, and report to Congress.
