Amendment100th Congress
An amendment to require Congressional notification of the transfer of seized U.S. assets to foreign nations, to direct the Administration to develop model drug enforcement treaties and establish anti-narcotics training centers. Since the amendment is offered as an "en-bloc" amendment, and is meant to act as a substitute for Title V, it also incorporates the provisions of the Shaw and Smith of Florida en bloc amendments despite the fact that they were previously offered and agreed to on their own merits.
