An amendment to delete the uniform poll closing provisions for all States, and the extension of daylight savings time for the west coast, and to insert in lieu thereof a provision prohibiting the disclosure of Presidential election results in any jurisdiction until 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the date of the election.
