An amendment to exempt from the bill's prohibitions on polygraph tests employers who distribute, manufacture, dispense, or store controlled substances. The amendment would permit polygraph testing of only those employees or job applicants who have or would have access to controlled substances, and it would prohibit any employment decision from being based solely on the results of a polygraph test.
