Amendment100th Congress
An amendment to provide that an airport owner or operator will take such action as may be necessary to ensure that, to the maximum extent practicable, at least 10 percent of all businesses at the airport which sell food, beverages, printed materials, or other consumer products to the public are small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. The amendment further includes women under the definition of socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
