An amendment to reduce the appropriation for military construction for the Army by $83.65 million to $824,510,000; to reduce the appropriation for military construction for the Navy by $193.69 million to $1,186,960,000; to reduce the appropriation for military construction for the Air Force by $122 million to $993,342,000; to reduce the appropriation for military construction for the Army National Guard by $5 million to $153,052,000; and, to reduce the appropriation for military construction for Defense Agencies by $79.08 million to $485,802,000.
