An amendment to reduce the appropriation for military construction for the Army by $36.77 million to $871,390,000; to reduce the appropriation for military construction for the Navy by $18.3 million to $1,362,545,000; to reduce the appropriation for military construction for the Air Force by $22.63 million to $1,093,320,000; and, to reduce the appropriation for military construction for the Air Force Reserve by $2.85 million to $66,770,000.
