An amendment to direct the Departments of Commerce, Justice and State, acting jointly, to assure that no products or services of the Toshiba Corporation of Japan or its subsidiaries or affiliates, or Kongsberg Vaapenfabrik of Norway or its subsidiaries or affiliates, shall be permitted to be imported into the U.S. or its territories, provided that contracts executed before July 1, 1987 are not affected.
