An amendment requiring the Secretary of State to transmit to the Congress an unclassified document listing all U.S. citizens known to be working for, directly or indirectly in a paid or volunteer capacity, the Sandinista Government of Nicaragua. Such document would be due within 30 days after the date of enactment of this bill.
