An amendment to expand the number of countries with limited diplomatic travel rights in the United States to include the following countries and organizations: Afghanistan, Czechoslovakia, North Korea, East Germany, Hungary, Iran, Libya, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Yemen, Bulgaria, the People's Republic of China, Poland, Cuba, Romania, Vietnam, the U.S.S.R, the African National Congress, the PLO, and the South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO). The amendment also would restrict travel of all diplomats of these countries to the city limits of the area in which they work.
