An amendment to state the sense of Congress that, under the provisions set forth in this Act, violence and coercion are inimicable to the collective bargaining process, and that employers and labor organizations in the building and construction industry, in fulfilling the principal objective of this Act to increase the stability of collective bargaining in the building and construction industry, should never use or condone the use of violence.
