An amendment directing the GAO to file a report within 90 days of the enactment of this Act concerning the effect of this Act on: ? 1) the competitiveness of the U.S. businesses engaged in the building and construction industry and other related businesses with respect to foreign businesses engaged in such industry; ? 2) the employment of American workers who are members of labor organizations and who are employed in such industry; and, ? 3) costs incurred by U.S. businesses which contract with businesses engaged in the building and construction industry.
