An amendment to provide that when the terms of a collective bargaining agreement are applied to a business entity and its labor organization in a situation involving double breasting, the labor organization must first have an opportunity to hold an NLRB certified election to indicate that the labor organization has the support of a majority of the employees employed in all such business entities for such application.
