An amendment to require public housing agencies to develop plans for the provision of additional decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable dwelling units for each public housing dwelling unit to be demolished; and to provide that no demolition or disposition of any unit shall take place until the tenant of such unit has actually been relocated to housing suitable to the tenant's choice as far as is reasonably possible.
