An amendment to require the Administrator of the Maritime Administration and the Chairman of the Federal Maritime Commission to file an annual report with the Office of Personnel Management regarding their compliance with the Federal Employee Awards Program. Such a report would be required to include a detail of the number of cash awards made as well as the amounts of each award, and in addition, if no cash awards were given, the reasons detailing why such decisions were made.
